Return and exchange policy

We want you and your little ones to love everything you bring home. Here is how returns work.

Returns and exchanges. You have 14 days from the day your item arrives to request a store credit or exchange. We do not offer refunds. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your digital receipt.

How to start. Email us at info@loreleisforlittles.com before sending anything back. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where and how to send your package. Returns go to 35 Franklin Street, Newport, RI 02840. Items sent back without an approved request cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 3 days if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate it and make it right.

Items we cannot accept. The following are final sale: gift cards, swimwear, sale items, eating utensils, perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, personal care goods such as beauty products, and any hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Reach out if you have a question about a specific item.

Exchanges. The fastest way to get exactly what you want is to return your item, then place a separate order for the new one once the return is accepted.
