About Lorelei’s for Littles

Q: What makes Lorelei’s for Littles different?
A: We handpick children’s clothing, toys, and accessories that are ethically made and mindfully designed. Many of our products are from small, mom-owned brands you won’t find in big box stores or other local boutiques and we favor ordering OEKO-TEX and organic cotton clothing. Shopping & Orders

Q: Do you sell online as well as in-store?
A: Yes! You can shop with us 24/7 right here on our website, or visit our boutique at 35 Franklin Street in Newport, RI.

Q: Can I place an order for pickup?
A: Absolutely. Select Local Pickup at checkout and we’ll have your order ready at the shop ASAP! We also do curbside pick up. Still choose Local Pickup & we'll reach out to coordinate.


Shipping & Returns

Q: How quickly do you ship orders?
A: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment, we ship within the U.S. only.

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We accept exchanges or returns for store credit within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange ONLY. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Sale items, swim, and special orders are final sale.


Products & Sizing

Q: Are all your products organic?
A: A lot of what we carry is organic cotton and/or made from sustainably sourced materials. Product descriptions will note the specific details, as each brand is different.

Q: I’m not sure about sizing — can you help?
A: Of course! Each brand has its own fit so contact us for advice before ordering and we can help guide you.


Gifting

Q: Can I send a gift directly to someone?
A: Definitely. We can ship directly to the recipient for both online & in-store purchases. We can include a note from you as well so they know who it came from!
